CHANDLER, Ariz. — The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 are closed near Riggs Road after a three-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck was reported Friday afternoon.
One child and two adults have sustained serious injuries after one of the passenger cars became lodged underneath the semi, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
