Few details were immediately available, but Columbus police confirmed it began as a carjacking incident in west Columbus on Tuesday afternoon. Police pursued a vehicle to the underpass on Dublin Road near the entrance to SR-315 SB where the pursuit ended. One person was taken to Doctor's West, and while Columbus police confirmed an officer sustained minor injuries in the pursuit, it is not yet clear if the officer was the one hospitalized.
