10 people from a cruise ship quarantined off Japan have tested positive for the coronavirus that has sickened more than 24,000 people in mainland China and killed 490, officials said.
The confirmation set off a round of testing for 273 people who either showed symptoms or had close contact with the patient who disembarked in Hong Kong, Kato said.
