Which shows would be better with no laugh track?

Using a laugh track can often make jokes feel forced; it's as if the writers are telling the audience what’s supposed to be funny rather than allowing them to figure it out for themselves.
9 M*A*S*H It’s undeniable that M*A*S*H completely changed the way that audiences interacted with comedy on television, but it’s hard to ignore that the show’s obnoxious laugh track in its early seasons was undoubtedly its worst feature. The show had plenty of great jokes that audiences certainly didn’t need prompting to laugh at, which is exactly why M*A*S*H eventually phased out the laugh track in its 11th season.
6 That ‘70s Show That ‘70s Show is an interesting example because although the laugh track often distracts from the actual comedy of the jokes, it’s almost necessary to recreate the spirit of ‘70s television that runs throughout the show. Almost all sitcoms from the ‘70s used laugh tracks, so it probably would’ve felt unnatural if That ‘70s Show didn’t — but that doesn’t overcome the problem.
