5 Quicksilver As the rights to the X-Men characters belonged to Fox at the time, the MCU's inclusion of Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron was both surprising and exciting for fans of Marvel's mutant superheroes. Sadly, after a one-film villain-to-hero arc, the MCU killed Quicksilver in a moment of heroic sacrifice, and it's something that didn't sit well with fans.
