The shooting happened along a walking trail in residential neighborhood of North Carolina’s capital city Thursday. The suspected shooter eluded officers for hours before he was arrested, authorities said. The 15-year-old first shot and killed two people in the streets of Raleigh's Hedingham neighborhood, then fled toward a walking trail where he shot five more people, killing three of them, authorities said Friday.
