An 18-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting and wounding two people in Atlantic City last month, authorities said.said Tuesday.In addition to two counts of attempted murder, Cooper is charged with two counts apiece of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault, as well as conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.Cooper, of Atlantic City, has been locked up at the Atlantic County jail since Dec. 22 on an unrelated weapons charged.
