More cars keep coming to Carmel roundabouts. Some are going to be permanent fixtures.
The city of Carmel commissioned designer Arlon Bayliss andThe Wasp was the first winner of the Indianapolis 500 in 1911.
Other pieces are planned on 96th Street at roundabout intersections with Delegates Row, Gray Road and Hazel Dell Parkway, celebrating cars manufactured by Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg, Stutz, and Studebaker respectively.
