According to Commemorative Air Force, both planes were out of Houston. It is still unknown the condition of the crews involved.
Two planes collided mid-air at an airshow in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
Many of the pilots who are a part of this seven-year-old event are retired airline or military pilots who are said to have a great love for flying. Several videos posted on Twitter showed two aircraft colliding in the air before they both rapidly descended, causing a large fire and plumes of black smoke to billow into the sky.
