Two teenagers were stabbed during an argument in Mission Beach Wednesday night, San Diego Police said.
SDPD officials said officers were called to the 3300 block of Ocean Front Walk, several yards from Belmont Park, just before 9 p.m. regarding a violent altercation.
According to police, a group had gathered for a celebration of life in the area when a 19-year-old man and 19-year-old woman got into an argument with another 19-year-old woman. Police stated: “During the argument the suspect took a knife and cut the female in the upper arm and the male in the right forearm, cutting the artery. She then chased them around with the knife. Police located the victims in the S. alley of 700 Jersey Court.”
The victims were taken to the hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening, according to police. Police were searching for the female suspect, who was described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and was last seen wearing a white top, black hoodie, shorts and sandals.
