The 2020 Chevy Bolt has outdone the Tesla Model 3
Chevrolet Bolt electric vehicle, originally released in 2017, charging at an EV charging station in San Francisco, California, September 29, 2017. The 2020 model boosts range 21 miles to 259 miles total. The 2020 Chevrolet Bolt all-electric small crossover gets a redesigned battery pack to boost total range to 259 miles, beating not only the best-selling Tesla Model 3 but all other electric vehicles that cost less than $40,000.
The underdog Bolt, which beat the Model 3 to market by a year but has been overshadowed by the flashier Model 3, has been speculated to be a compliance car serving GM’s autonomous driving program.
