Emmys2022 is officially underway, and we're following along with the winners right now! Check back here throughout the night to see who nabs the golden trophy:
The 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards are here, and it's time for the winners to be unveiled. This year's celebration of all things television airs on NBC and is hosted by Saturday Night Live's Kenan Thompson. A slew of buzzworthy TV shows are up for awards, including Euphoria, Ted Lasso, and Better Call Saul.
On the drama side, last year's big winner, The Crown, is ineligible for awards this time around as season 5 has yet to arrive on Netflix. Therefore, there is much interest in seeing which show will nab the top spot from Netflix's acclaimed period piece; early predictions are leaning towards Succession or Better Call Saul . On the comedy side, Ted Lasso is already out in full force as the show with the second-most nominations of the evening. Whether anyone can beat it remains to be seen.
