The Friday night crash in Franklin County also injured seven people, state police said.
Claudia K. Flores-Garcia, of Chambersburg, was a passenger in a Toyota Camry that merged without enough clearance onto Interstate 81 south from Lincoln Way West in Chambersburg, according to state police.
A Dodge Ram hit the Toyota Camry, and the force of the crash threw Flores-Garcia from the Camry, state police said. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office pronounced her dead at the scene. Taken to hospitals were the driver and three other people inside the Toyota and the driver and two passengers from the Ram, police said.
