A 27-year-old Lancaster woman was arrested Friday and charged in the fatal shooting her roommate and injuring his boyfriend at a Lake Highlands apartment in northern Dallas.
Richardson shot at the two men multiple times about 12:30 p.m. Friday at an apartment in the 9900 block of Whitehurst Drive, near the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit. Maynard’s boyfriend, who witnessed the fight and gunfire, ran into a bedroom, where Richardson shot at him, the affidavit said.
