The New York Times recently deemed three restaurants in Pennsylvania as some of the best in the U.S.
That delicious fried pork sandwich, by the way, is the creation of Kitty’s Café in Kansas City, Mo. According to the Times, the recipe has been passed down through the generations from the restaurant’s founder, Kitty Kawakami, to the current owner, Charley Soulivong.
