"My 2-year-old loves Mickey Mouse, so I bought this waffle maker to make him Mickey shaped waffles. I reviewed several other Mickey Mouse waffle makers and decided on this one due to the great price and the fact that it makes traditional waffles complete with squares for the toppings to collect . The waffle maker is really easy to use and has non-stick plates that are truly non-stick and do not require cooking spray or oil prior to use.
Inside the box was an instruction manual that included four different waffle recipes. I am looking forward to making the chocolate waffles! Some reviewers have complained about the small size of the waffles, which had me concerned — I don't want to be cooking waffles all morning just to get everyone fed. The size turned out to be be perfect! I served waffles with scrambled eggs on the side and my 2-year-old, my teen, and myself were satisfied with one waffle each.
