The agreement with CCRA included tweaks to the design, planting of mature street trees, and promises of planters around the new CVS entryway. “It’s not the easiest time to do development projects right now, but that’ll hopefully change quickly,” Goodman said. “We’re going to put ourselves in a position to hit the go button when it makes sense to do it. It’ll be a temporary blip, but we’ll get back on track.”
