Stafford police say the arrested suspects include the victim's former coworker, his wife and three others.
The Stafford Police Department says five people were arrested in connection to the kidnapping of a woman outside her home on Wednesday morning.A woman was kidnapped outside of her Stafford home while leaving for work on Wednesday morning, police say.
Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the woman’s husband. Police say the husband stated that his wife was leaving for work when he heard screaming outside. He went out to help, but one of the suspects pointed a gun at him, police say. A neighbor told police that they saw a black Ram pickup truck parked nearby around the time of the incident. Police say they were able to locate the truck on camera traveling with the woman’s stolen vehicle. According to police, the truck was connected to a man who worked at the same place as the victim.
