Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department said a white Honda was traveling northbound on Woodley Ave. when the male driver crossed over into the southbound lanes and crashed head-on with a family of four.A passenger in the backseat, a woman in her 60s, was killed instantly, and a five-year-old boy was rushed to an area hospital where he died, authorities said. Two others in the victims’ vehicle were also taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
