Rapper and Houston resident 50 Cent has been named grand marshal of this year's H-E-B Thanksgiving Parade.
Dr. Peter Hotez, will also join the festivities as an honored guest. Hotez is a professor and dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor and co-director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development. Hotez and 50 Cent will ride the Tom Turkey float.Joey Guerra is the music critic for the Houston Chronicle. He also covers various aspects of pop culture.
