When we arrived on the location for the 7 DAYS ACTIVE show, the first thing we noticed was the artificial grass, covering the whole floor.
In an instant the mood was set, as we thought of football fields and baseball courts, you know, places you wear activewear! But that‘s not the only places you can wear styles from 7 DAYS ACTIVE, as the brand is known for taking activewear to the next level and making it street chic, or as they themselves call it ‘functional and fashionable pieces for an active lifestyle on and off court.’
As the models walked in, one after another, it became clear to us that one of the most important statements this season, was for 7 DAYS ACTIVE to show us that their clothes are for everyone.
Staying very true to their brand aesthetic of major colour blocking, the main colours were of the pastel variety, with strong tones of red and blue, as well as earthly tones of green and brown.
The brand gave us quite the blast of energy during the show, with a happy and excited atmosphere reverberating through the concert hall. Halfway through the show, the lights went out and five fierce ladies walked out and started dancing, making the crowd go wild! What an amazing way to break up the show and keep us on our toes! The collection itself was very much a reflection of the brand DNA, but it did feel as though we had seen it all before.
