4 Spectator Living up to the title’s inspirations from cosmic horror, the Spectator is one of the best and scariest bosses in Baldur’s Gate 3. This is mainly because Spectator is a huge head-like opponent with a single and equally large eyeball. This opponent floats around and moves its tentacles as if it had just left a tale written by H.P. Lovecraft.
Alone, Malus Thorm is completely terrifying in his own merit. Nevertheless, he gets even more credit when taking into consideration his nurse assistants. Like him, these nurses are also undead and have a scary demeanor to them. They walk around trembling and in crooked ways, adding to the entire horrifying presence of Malus Thorm in Baldur’s Gate 3.
