Japan’s Beams is making its American debut at the Nordstrom Men’s store

How do you manage a constant flux of new trends and new cool kids? Japanese shop Beams has figured out how to carefully curate a selection of brands as well as create its own in-house clothing line to capture a holistic sense of Tokyo fashion in all of its facets.
Now, Beams is making its American debut at the Nordstrom Men’s store with a pop-up shop called Concept 007: Beams. The space offers a wide range of products like home goods, clothes from Beams’s own label, and a whole lot of collaborations with Japanese artists and designers. Given it’s Beams’s first store in the U.S., there’s also collaborations with American brands.
If your curiosity has been piqued and you’re new to Japanese fashion, Concept 007: Beams is your excuse to dive in. There’s truly something for everyone, since prices range from $18 for a sushi-themed ceramic cup to $959 for a trench coat that Yohji Yamamoto would definitely approve of.
