A Houston home with a 2,400-square-foot regulation size ballroom over the garage has hit the market for nearly $14 million
ByA Houston home with a private ballroom and a glass sculpture custom designed by artist Dale Chihuly has listed for $13.95 million.
It is a big number for the gated community of Stablewood, where the median listing home price is $3.3 million, according to Realtor.com. The price is unusual because “the uniqueness of the house and property merit this offering,” said Walter Bering, who shares the listing with colleague Martha Adger of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty.
