Man fatally shot while parked outside his parent's Missouri City home
A man was fatally shot inside a parked SUV at his parent's house in Missouri City late Sunday, according to the Houston Police Department.their son was the victim of the Sunday evening shooting.
Alexander's girlfriend was in the vehicle with him at the time of the shooting, according to Houston Police who were dispatched around 9:50 p.m. to the 15300 block of Ridingwood Drive in Missouri City."It appears that an individual did walk up and fire one shot and left the scene on foot," said Houston Police Lieutenant J.P. Horelica, who added that the investigation was still preliminary.
"We have very little to go on, no suspect description at this time," Horelica said Sunday night. He encouraged anyone with information to contact CrimeStoppers or HPD's Homicide division. He added that Alexander occasionally stays at his parent's Chasewood home, but it was not his primary residence. Alexander's parents, George and Alice Allen, told KTRK they were at home watching a football game when the shooting occurred.Investigators are considering Alexander's girlfriend a witness, police said.
