Abbott Labs just sent out its first batches of 5-minute coronavirus tests to hard-hit places across the country. “There are more tests coming,” CEO Miles White said earlier this week.

Abbott Laboratories just sent out its first batch of new coronavirus tests that can produce positive results in as little as five minutes and negative results in 13 minutes.

It's producing 50,000 of those tests a day Abbott Labs CEO Miles White told CNBC's Jim Cramer that "there are more tests coming." White said the company is "also putting a lot of effort ... into capacity expansion because, while 50,000 a day sounds like a lot, it's not enough."
