“Last year, I was in my head a lot, and I put so much stress and pressure on myself that I let my ego get the best of me,” he says. “I’m obviously nervous about what’s going to happen this year, but I want to have fun, embrace it, and be more present.the way I was living,” he adds. “Life is a lot better for me now, and running has been a big part of that.
