The Jedi Order fell with Emperor Palpatine declaring Order 66, activating microchips inside the heads of the clone troopers and forcing them to kill their Jedi generals.
Barriss Offee's Speech Saw What The Jedi Had Become Because Of The Clone Wars Barriss Offee was the Jedi Padawan to Master Luminara Unduli during the Clone Wars and was one of Ahsoka’s best friends. However, in The Clone Wars season 5, Barriss framed Ahsoka for bombing the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. After being caught by Anakin Skywalker, she was brought to Ahsoka's trial ,where she gave an emboldened speech about what the Jedi had become.
Baylan still seems to have some sympathy for other Force-sensitive individuals but thinks the Jedi Order itself was flawed beyond repair. Though he practices the dark side, Baylan still believes in much of the Jedi teachings, just not in the Order itself. In this way, he’s a reflection of Ahsoka, who also lost faith in the Jedi, though she hasn’t indulged in the dark side.
