After a 1-8-1 start to season and little sign of progress, Texans coach is mum on changes to not give Miami an advantage

“I do not announce who is starting throughout the week,” Smith said. “Of course we’re not going to announce things like that.” “At the end of the day, no matter who is back there, we’ve still got to do our job up front. So we’re just really focusing on what we can do to perform better than what we did last week.”
In an embarrassing performance, Houston was outgained by Washington 246-5 in the first half last week. Mills had 22 yards passing in the first half, and a pick-six on the first drive of the game.
