The Browns took on the Seahawks Sunday
In the NFL, the offense typically belongs to the quarterback. It’s who everything goes through, and by nature of the position, he’s usually the team’s center of gravity.

Walker and the Browns defense run out of magic in 24-20 loss to the Seahawks that drops them to 4-3But as we’ve talked and written about extensively at this point, this defense is good enough to keep Cleveland in any game -- even as they only have a backup quarterback. Cooper’s shortest catch of the afternoon was his first for 5 yards on the Browns’ opening drive. His others: good for 20, 22, 24, 10 and 8 yards, including two acrobatic grabs that came near the sidelines.
They aren’t plays Cooper necessarily enjoys drawing, and said he doesn’t consider them a skill, but it’s just one example of something Cooper has done to help the Browns fight and claw their way through some of these games without their starting QB.
