Scarnechia — have been separated since September 3, 2019.The couple wed in 2007 and welcomed their first child, son Nolan, in 2011, followed by daughter Zoë in 2016.
Marino is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids and is looking to block the court’s ability to award support to either parent.In addition to co-starring in teen comedy classic “American Pie” alongside Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan and Eugene Levy, Nicholas was a child actor who starred in 1993’s “Rookie of the Year” as Chicago Cubs player Henry Rowengartner.
