“Crews are working to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible,” said Amtrak spokesperson Jason Abrams, though he added there is no indication about when they may be running normally again. Passengers boarding in Philly after 6:30 a.m. on Thursday were informed the train would not be moving.
