Angel Reese reenacts John Cena hand gesture at LSU championship parade
As LSU’s women’s basketball team celebrated its national championship with a parade in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, Reese reenacted her now-infamous gesture from the title game and hit the parade crowd with John Cena’s “You can’t see me.”game when Reese tracked down Iowa star Caitlin Clark and did the gesture right in front of her as LSU was closing out a 102-85 victory.
“The Bayou Barbie is here, we got a parade inside our city, yeah,” Reese told WAFB, quoting a rap song by NBA YoungBoy that Ja Morant has also referenced. “All these people come out to support women’s basketball. I love it, I can’t wait to get another one. The crown, that stayed home — we gonna wait for next season. You can’t see me!”
