Delvey even managed to avoid paying rent to McFarlane, despite living there for four months according to reports in Page Six. McFarland and Ja Rule were sued for $100 million in a class-action lawsuit on behalf of Fyre Festival attendees and, in June 2017, McFarland was arrested and charged with wire fraud.
