President Joe Biden's Justice Department has charged another anti-abortion activist for blocking the entrance to an abortion clinic, according to a DOJ press release.
Geraghty and others intended to"prevent the clinic from providing, and patients from receiving, reproductive health services," the DOJ said. If convicted, Geraghty faces up to 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $260,000, said the DOJ.
"The indictment also alleges that all 10 defendants violated the FACE Act by using a physical obstruction to injure, intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient, because they were providing or obtaining reproductive health services," the department said.that"everyone" should be concerned by how the Biden administration is treating"nonviolent pro-life activists."Thanks to everyone who reached out.
