JPI, which plans to start almost a dozen Dallas-Fort Worth projects this year, is eyeing a 380-unit rental community in the Castle Hills community.
The $65 million development is planned at 4500 Windhaven Parkway near Josey Lane, according to planning documents filed with the state.
Designed by Atlanta-based Preston Partnership, the apartment community is planned to start this summer and open in 2025. The Castle Hills Marketplace will include 12 live-work units, clubhouse, pool, courtyard, fitness center and club room. In 2022, JPI was the top North Texas apartment developer, with more than 3,100 rental units under construction. The builder has plans for more than 4,000 new apartments this year.
