The lawsuit—which seeks to represent more than 20 million iPhone users across the United Kingdom—is being heard by the U.K.’s Competition Appeals Tribunal, which hears and decides cases involving competition or regulatory issues.the company would “never do anything to intentionally shorten the life” of products or make the user experience worse in order to drive users to upgrade.
