The Florida governor is taking on Ben & Jerry's while his state grapples with record COVD-19 cases.
“Short term and long term, the cases are going to explode,” Edwin Michael, a professor of epidemiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa,. “We are predicting that the cases will be peaking the first week of September.”
Michael said that without a slowdown in cases, the state might exceed hospital bed capacity by early next month.“I will not stand idly by as woke corporate ideologues seek to boycott and divest from our ally, Israel,” DeSantis stated.
