A lawyer has been charged after allegedly using a forged document to practice law in New Jersey, Monmouth County First Assistant Prosecutor Julia Alonso said. Allen Yusufov, 37, of Monroe Township, Middlesex County, was arrested Wednesday on four counts of unauthorized practice of law and one count of uttering a forged instrument, officials said.

The Prosecutor’s Office started investigating Yusufov in January and found that he provided legal services for four real estate transactions in New Jersey between 2020 and 2022, authorities said.
