Benicia football player Jordan Snowden is the Bay Area News Group’s boys high school athlete of the week for Sept. 4-9 after he received 32.4% of the vote.candidates for this week’s recognitionSnowden, a senior edge rusher, finished with six tackles and a fumble recovery.
He also was in on a fourth-down stop as Benicia held on to edge Maria Carrillo 22-19.
