A big tree fell on a Muni bus in San Francisco on Tuesday, according to ABC7's Lyanne Melendez who shot video of the incident. It happened at Stockton and Sutter. The National Weather Service says thunderstorms are expected to hit portions of the Bay Area throughout the afternoon on Tuesday. They are advising residents to take precautions, saying "when thunder roars, go indoors." Officials say Sutro Tower in San Francisco suffered a lightning strike as a thunderstorm moved across the city.A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for San Francisco, Daly City CA and South San Francisco until 3:30 p.m., the National Weather Service tweeted on Tuesday.ABC7 News Meteorologist Drew Tuma says San Francisco has seen half a year's worth of rain in the last two weeks.
