Ben & Jerry’s announced that they are officially postponing their annual Free Cone Day in response to the spread of the coronavirus outbreak.
“This year, some of our scoop shops in communities around the world will be unable to take part in Free Cone Day due to precautions put in place by local Governments around large public gatherings, considering the increasing presence of COVID-19,” Ben & Jerry’s announced on their website.RELATED: Here’s a Map of All the Coronavirus Cases in the U.S.
Despite the cancellation of Free Cone Day, Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops around the country will remain open for business.
