Bentley Launches Aggressive Search For 'Extraordinary Engineers' To Speed-Up Electric Transition | Carscoops carscoops
Bentley has committed itself to something it calls the Five-in-Five plan where it will build a new electric model each year from 2025 until 2030. It hopes that the effort will allow it to become end-to-end carbon neutral by that 2030 deadline. Each of those goals is part of a larger strategy called “Beyond 100”.and this new plan focuses on the next century. To achieve those lofty goals, Bentley knows it needs new engineers and so the call has gone out.
“We are looking for true innovators, who can create the new future of automotive, support our product ambitions and shape our Beyond100 vision as we aim for leadership within sustainable luxury mobility,” he continued. As of today, some 50 new positions are opened up with the rest coming online over the “coming weeks and months”., it has adopted a hybridized system that includes remote work.
