The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 52, offered her take on the matter in a TikTok video shared Sunday, after Judge, 55, made the confession on“I think that she meant Teresa was an overrated person because of their personal gripe,” Frankel said in the clip, noting that the question was “asked by Andy, of course” and rolled her eyes.The Skinnygirl founder went on to reference Giudice’s time in federal prison, after she plead guilty to fraud.
