Prosecutors on Friday moved forward with a reduced charge against Segreto: possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 grams and 200 grams. They agreed to drop the “with the intent to deliver” portion of the felony charge, a 227th court official confirmed to KSAT.
