.Beyonce's 'The Lion King: The Gift' track list features kendricklamar, Jay-Z (S_C_), ChildishGambino & more
The 14-track album will release on Friday , the same day as the Jon Favreau-directed re-imagining of the film which stars Keegan-Michael Key, Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, John Oliver, Eric Andre, James Earl Jones, JD McCrary, Florence Kasumba and more., Queen Bey described the album as "sonic cinema...this is a new experience of storytelling. I wanted to do more than find a collection of songs that were inspired by the film.
A 19-track official soundtrack for the film hit streaming services on July 11, with score by conductor Hans Zimmer, as well as songs with McCrary and Shahadi Wright Joseph, Oliver, Eichner, Rogen, Beyoncé, Rogen, Glover and Elton John, among others.
