Bicyclist critically injured in San Jose hit-and-run
SAN JOSE – A bicyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash Monday night in San Jose, police said.
The collision occurred in the area of North 1st Street and Interstate 880, according to the San Jose Police Department. As of 9:30 p.m., officers were still at the scene. The bicyclist was taken to a hospital with injuries that were initially described as life-threatening. She was later stabilized and her injuries were downgraded to non-life-threatening.Additional details about the collision were not immediately available Monday night.
Units are currently on scene of a hit and run collision involving an adult female bicyclist in the area of North 1st St and Highway 880. The bicyclist was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Road closures are in place. Please use alternate routes.…
