President Biden is considering stiffer measures to increase the number of Americans who get vaccinated against COVID-19.
A growing number of government agencies are requiring employees to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or undergo regular testing.Such a requirement could land heavily in California, which has the most federal workers outside of the Washington, D.C., area, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
