Former vice president and Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden quickly capitalized on a viral video Wednesday night, saying in a new ad that “The world is laughing at President Trump.”The world is laughing at President Trump. They see him for what he really is: dangerously incompetent and incapable of world leadership.
“The world sees Trump for what he is: Insincere, ill-informed, corrupt, dangerously incompetent, and incapable, in my view of world leadership,” Biden’s ad said. “We need a leader the world respects.”The ad also includes a clip from a speech Trump gave at the United Nations last year, in which world leaders laughed after he claimed his administration “has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country.
