on Sept. 10, finds the outspoken comic married with children, but still taking aim—in his own way that feels much more like shooting from the hip—at just about everything, including himself.
The trailer opens with a couple of characteristically self-deprecating wisecracks in which Burr tries to reconcile his domestic stability with “who [he is] as a person,” then segueing into the veteran stand-up, actor and podcaster’s well-documented anger issues. It ends with a revolving door of hot-button topics—”robot sex dolls,” Stephen Hawking, the Me Too movement, hipsters and male feminism among them. “By the way, this’ll be my last show ever,” Burr quips to conclude the clip.
